Exam Expired

I'm writing this just to say that I'm happy that the exams are over, although I expect my homework and duties to increase any time soon.

It's great when a heavy burden (the exams) is lifted off your shoulders. Now I can do more things. I feel like celebrating.

But then, there the results, too. So far, no paper has been given out. I'm trying to stay come, telling myself that this only the first exam and there is nothing to worry about. As long as I pass, its fine.
I thank God helped me through it (though it wasn't something BIG).

Okaay... Well, I have nothing else to say I just wanna wish all of you a happy celebrating-the-end-of-exams.

Prefects Leadership Camp 2010

Today is the last day of the Prefects Camp 2010. I have just slept for 4 hour after coming back and currently I feel a little moody. So don't get on my nerves. Ha ha.

Anyway, from the above sentences you may guess that this camp doesn't really encourage sleep. So, this camp, this torture camp, lasted for three days and two nights (phew!) and it was quite an experience for me. Either than being tortured by the AJKs and facilitators for nothing, I got to learn leadership skills, to be disciplined, sportsmanship, how to cooperate in a team, moral values (not again!), creativity, different new slangs and exclamations, etc. etc.

Oh, and by the way, I learned how to reduce tiredness after sleepless nights:
1. Drink lots of coffee and tea.
2. Increase sugar in take.
3. Smile and laugh more to improve mental tiredness.
4. Sleep when bored. (Unfortunately, the camp organizers kept us busy the whole day.

What I think of the camp?
No comments. Ha ha. Actually, I think the camp is quite good . I got to learn more about other prefects. We all had fun, especially during all the group activities. Yea.

Anyway, the thing that annoys me is that the exams will be starting only a few days later.
Ah well, nevermine.

Consistently Normal

Exams are near. Again.

Sure, the holidays are here and we should all be happy and all that. But the first term examination is coming right after this. I am not particularly sad and neither happy. Just......UGH.
But don't bother about me, I'm just a bit tired. I am writing this post just to say that it feels very weird to have the exams after the holidays. You can say it is a good thing, and some may say it is a seriously bad thing. I just don't know what to say. Exams have been going on for decades and decades, it has become a norm. Why can't there be something different? Something like no examinations? Or can't they just measure the volume of our brains and see whether it has grown a few inches?

Alright, I admit it. Exams have been going on for decades before and will be going on for decades to come. Well, of course there is another option - fail.

Okay, not funny. Well, better start studying.

Book Music

Have you ever read a book while listening to music? I am sure many of you have.

Well, I have been doing this on and off for quite some time. And I realized that I like it. Reading a book while listening to music is a good combination but there is also another thing I noticed. If I read a book and listen to the same song every time I read that book, I will began to pair the song with the book. For example, I read Percy Jackson while listening to the song Fireflies. So, after some time, whenever I hear the song I will think of Percy Jackson. It sorts of becomes the theme song for the book. I know this is weird. Well, I'm quite sure I haven't explained this properly and all of you are gaping at this screen.

But I'm sure some of you out there have experience the same thing. And for those who are gaping or frowning at the screen, just try reading a book while listening to a song. I'm sure you will understand.

By the way, after writing about all these stuff, I just figured that if we put a song player in a story book (one that's suits the storyline of the book), the reader will be able to listen to the song and read the book. An idea for a new invention? Maybe.
